I still don't know which car to choose. Can you help?
Yes. We talk with you to understand your needs, profile, and budget before defining the search.
How is the consulting service priced?
The price has two parts:
1. Plan fee: quoted by our team and paid before the service begins.
2. Negotiation commission: 20% of the discount we negotiate on the car. If the discount is R$5,000, the commission is R$1,000, in addition to the plan fee.
Transport and title-transfer assistance are optional and charged separately.
What do I receive after the inspection?
A report on the condition of the inspected items, with interior and exterior photos of the car, to guide your decision. The consulting service does not provide a warranty on the vehicle.
How long does it take to find my car?
The Search Plan has a contractual term of 45 days, and the timeline depends on the model you want. If this term is exceeded, you can continue the search or ask for your money back.
Can I hire you from another state?
Yes. We serve clients throughout Brazil, with searches and inspections in Greater São Paulo. You can pick up the car or hire a freight carrier at an additional cost.
What if the car fails inspection or I don't like the options?
Under the Search Plan, we recommend up to two approved vehicles. If neither suits you, we need to realign the criteria and start a new contract at a 50% discount. Under the Inspection Plan, each contract covers one vehicle; inspecting another requires a new contract.
